of lean ground beef

of smoked paprika

chili powder

freeze dried onion

(use fresh if can't find)

juice from La Morena Pickled Jalapenos

can chopped tomatoes
empanada wrappers
oil for frying
Instructions
In a large skillet brown beef and discard fat.
Add the smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, freeze dried onion, garlic, pickled jalapeno juice and chopped tomatoes.
Cook for five minutes for flavors to combine
Once the meat is fully cooked place the filling into the empanada wraps and close.
Fry them for about 3-4 minutes or until nice and crispy.
Drain on paper towel and serve.
