This flavorful Chicken and Quinoa Stuffed Tomato has tons of flavor by Italian Dressing and it's a healthy meal!

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 6 Tomatoes made into cups
  • 1 Portobello Mushroom
  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked
  • 2 Cups Quinoa Cooked with 2 tablespoons of Zesty Italian Dressing in water


  • Chop up your onions and mushroom, and toss into a skillet with olive oil. 
  • Add in the inside of the tomatoes that you used for cups. 
  • Once the vegetables are cooked down add in the chicken breasts (cut into chunks!) and cook until heated through.
  •  Once the chicken is warm toss in the quinoa and serve in tomato cups. Drizzle with a little Zesty Italian.
