  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic


  • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese cut into cubes to stuff

Creamy Salsa

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Hot Salsa


  • In a bowl combine beef, spices, and shredded cheese. Once combined roll into balls and flatten. Fill with the cheese "stacks".
  • In a large skillet start cooking sliders on medium heat (always make sure the pain is heated before cooking)
  • While the burgers are cooking combine the salsa and cream cheese *tip massage the cream cheese in the package to soften*
  • Place burgers on the bun, top with creamy salsa, lettuce, and tomato, ENJOY!
