Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and then add in the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, coffee extract, vanilla, vegetable oil, and sugar and mix until combined. Add the flour and 1 cup of chocolate chips, then mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with minimal crumbs.
