Red Potato Salad with Bacon
This easy red potato salad with bacon is great for potlucks and parties!

- 10 Red Potatoes , Chopped
- 4 Stalks Celery , Chopped
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs , Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Mayo
- 1-2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 4 strips Bacon chopped
Place the potatoes a pot with water, bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked remove from the water and rinse with cold water.
Place the potatoes, celery and eggs into a large bowl.
Add in the mayo, vinegar and toss until combined.
Top with crumbled bacon and refridgerate until bringing to the party. *You can also top with bacon once you get to the party so it doesn't get soggy.
