Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Slice up your fingerling potatoes into thick slices and bake with a little olive oil for about 15-20 minutes, flipping once in between cooking.
Meanwhile mash up one avocado and place on a plate.
Arrange the potatoes on a plate and give them a smash and a sprinkle of salt.
Use potatoes to dip into avocado.
