Instructions
Place the ground pork in a large bowl. Add the apple, maple sugar, salt, pepper, and sausage seasoning. Mix until evenly combined.
Shape into 8-10 patties. You can make them larger or smaller if you prefer, but adjust cooking time if needed.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
The internal temperature should reach 160°F for ground pork and 165°F for ground poultry (chicken and turkey).
Serve warm with your favorite breakfast dishes.
