1cupwhole milkfor dairy free use Full Fat Oatly
3/4cupheavy creamfor dairy free use Country Crock plant cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl combine the ingredients and mix until the sugar is dissolved. You can also do this in a blender, but not too high of a speed or you will create too much air bubbles.
1/3 cup super fine granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 cup whole milk, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once the mixture is combined, pour into the Ninja Swirl pints, place on the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
Once the pint is frozen make sure there is no doming of the mixture, it should be flush. If there's doming, use a spoon to level it out.
Place the Ninja Swirl pint into the creami holder. Turn on the machine, select soft serve, then ice cream.
After it's done processing place the Ninja Swirl lid onto the Ninja Swirl pint. Align the blue on the lid with the blue on the Ninja Swirl machine. Turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
To dispense, pull the lever and dispense into your desired cup, bowl, or ice cream cone.
Freeze any remaining ice cream.

Notes
Nutritional values for the dairy-free version may differ from those of regular milk. The provided nutrition label reflects the regular dairy version, not the dairy-free alternatives. For chocolate soft serve ice cream do not use the vanilla, use instant chocolate pudding instead of vanilla, and add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.Recipe is slightly adapted from Ninja. Regular granulated sugar was a bit too long to blend in so we highly recommend the super fine and we also didn't see the need to use an extra tablespoon of heavy cream.
