Instructions
Place chopped peaches into a large saucepan and mash lightly with a potato masher.

Stir in sugar and lemon juice until well mixed. You can use an immersion blender to get smaller chunks if desired.

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens to your desired thickness. We usually do 30-40 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Transfer cooled jam into clean jars or freezer-safe containers.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months.
