Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups Broccoli Florets frozen, defrosted, Wellsley Farms Organic
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Wellsley Farms
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • Avocado Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Chop the broccoli florets into bite-size chunks, set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, granulated garlic, and pepper. Add in the broccoli chunks and mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your desired baking dish and sprinkle with the top homemade bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 15 minutes covered and then remove from the oven and spray the topping, bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the bread crumbs are slightly browned.
