Easy Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

- 6-8 cups Broccoli Florets frozen, defrosted, Wellsley Farms Organic
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Wellsley Farms
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- Avocado Oil Spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Chop the broccoli florets into bite-size chunks, set aside.
In a large bowl combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, granulated garlic, and pepper. Add in the broccoli chunks and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into your desired baking dish and sprinkle with the top homemade bread crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes covered and then remove from the oven and spray the topping, bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the bread crumbs are slightly browned.
