Our Baked Hamburgers are easy to make and always a hit! Serve these juicy baked burgers with your favorite burger toppings.

Ingredients

lbs
ground beef
salt and pepper to taste

American
or cheddar cheese

burger buns
lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles
or preferred toppings
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Form 8 quarter-pound burgers and place them onto a baking rack inserted into a baking sheet.
Season the burgers with salt and pepper. You can also add granulated garlic for more flavor if desired.
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes
The center of the burger should be at least 160 degrees F when using a food-safe thermometer.
If desired, top the burgers with cheese, and then place them back into the warm oven for another minute or two.
Place the cooked burger onto the buns and add your favorite burger toppings.
