Wash the apples thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue. Leave the peels on for extra flavor and nutrients.
Remove cores and seeds and discard or save for simmer pot or compost.
Place the apple pieces into the hopper of your Nama J2 juicer. Close the lid and allow the juicer to process the apples into fresh cider.
Collect the juice in a clean pitcher or jar. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for smoother cider.
