Whisk in the milk and stir occasionally until it comes to a low boil. Then reduce the heat to allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Stir as needed while simmering

Once the condensed soup is thickened remove from the heat and use as desired or allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before refrigerating.
