Kick Off Ice Cream Snickers Brownies

Stores are clearancing out all the summer stuff and making way for back to school already!  What comes along with back to school season?  FOOTBALL SEASON!  Everyone is always looking for delicious recipes to make for a huge crowd, am I right?  You have your typical wings, burgers, chips, what about dessert?  No one has time for a spoon and fork during football season in my opinion.  Everyone wants something handheld and quick and easy to eat.

We’ve come up with two scrumptious desserts that are sure to please your football loving family and friends.  Our family loves fruit and who doesn’t love chocolate?  I wanted to create something that was perfect for game time that people could enjoy while watching the game.  We came up with Kick Off Ice Cream Snickers Brownies and Tackled By Chocolate Covered Apples Recipe !  You’ll have some happy guests and these recipes are sure to score YOU a TOUCHDOWN! 🙂

Sam’s Club was our go to for buying the candy – they have HUGE bags!  A large back of 48 snickers was a must for our brownies.  Plus with the Mars 105 Variety Count we had plenty for our apples, and the variety was perfect!  Both of these delicious desserts are perfect for any game season from NFL to High School Football.  I love cooking for an army of people, so obviously I didn’t hold out on the sweets!

Each apple you make can hold  3 musketeers, 3 milky way, and 3 twix!  Plus the apple donut rings each had a mini bag of m&ms!

Around August you’ll be seeing Snickers NFL branding through November, for Game time season!  So be sure to look out if you’d like to just buy extra big bags to serve the candy on it’s own too!  I’ll be honest, it’s hard not to snack on these while you’re making the Kick Off Ice Cream Snickers Brownies and Tackled By Chocolate Covered Apple Recipe ! 😉
