Mango Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Recipe Vegan, Healthy, Natural, Fresh and Delicious!

You can make this vegan ice cream in less than 5 minutes! We highly suggest using a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec. An affordable option would be the Nostalgia Electrics Fro-Frutti Frozen Fruit Dessert Maker. We love using this when we want nice cream that looks like ice cream. See it in action here.

You could use sprinkles if you’d like, but we opt for healthy “sprinkles”, like chia seeds or hemp hearts. My daughter’s favorite healthy sprinkles option would be the chia seeds, she loves to gobble them up. We had so much fun making this recipe and we can’t wait to share our next Mini Chef Mondays recipe!

Yum! This looks so great! My daughter and I have been making “nice cream” (love the term!!!) with almond milk and added fruits for a few weeks. She would love this twist!
