Who doesn’t love a glass of orange juice in the morning? Why not have a refreshing smoothie in its place that is also packed with greens? With our smoothie, you get all the fiber from the spinach and also the fiber from the orange since we’re not juicing but blending it. This is a favorite for kids and adults!

Arrange the ingredients in your blender as shown, from the water first to the ice last.

Blend until smoothie and pour into your favorite glasses to enjoy.

What I love about the fresh and frozen produce at my local  BJ’s Wholesale Club is we have enough for the week. The bulk savings really helps out with our meal prep and family meals.

WHAT OTHER FRUITS OR VEGGIES CAN I ADD?

For greens you can add kale, cucumber, avocado for extra creaminess in place of the bananas works as well. If you add any red fruit it will turn the smoothie green, not as pretty, but still delicious.
