Before you know it the holiday season is here, and before you know it, it’s all over too!  You’ll ache from eating to much, then want something sweet again too!  Sweet Baby and I have the perfect fix for both of those problems with this cute craft we’re sharing!  I’ve been racking my brain on what to do with Sweet Baby this holiday season to give to daddy and when I was at Walmart I saw these cute little jars, that along with some glitter gel pens I knew it would be perfect to store our Bigelow Tea Bags!   Bigelow is the only brand we like to use in our home when it comes to different flavors.  My favorite was their vanilla caramel for whenever, but when my tummy is aching their Chamomile is the perfect choice.

My mandel bread recipe is perfect for dipping into tea and also great for gift giving!  I just adore this jar we decorated and can’t wait to fill it up again!  It looks so adorable and I think we’ll need another one for each holiday, a seasonal tea jar!

Baby had fun doing it too!  We did hand over hand and then we found a really cute cookie tin while at the store too.  I just love giving edible gifts.  Sometimes we find that the best gifts are those made with love and not those that are from the store made in a factory.  I like to cherish these little moments and the product that comes from them 🙂  Now .. onto that mandel bread!  Reminds me of my grammy, the cinnamon, the chocolate chips, and even the raisins that I still pick out to this day.  I just put them in to have that memory.  Weird, I know!

My son would love to help make that craft and the mandel bread. That would be a perfect teacher gift.

I’ve never heard of Mandel Bread but I love biscotti so I’m sure I’d be a fast fan.

This would make a great gift! I have ‘crafted’ up those same mason jars from Walmart – I love how wintery festive they are on the counter full of whatever it is you want to display!
