02Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is bursting with flavor, sweet, and juicy as can be! Make this with fresh corn for a great side dish recipe.

air fryer corn on the cob

STOP, don’t boil that fresh corn! Instead, make air fryer corn on the cob! Our family has always made corn on the cob in the oven, so making it in the air fryer wasn’t out of the norm for us. I love the way it gets the corn slightly charred on top and cooks it all around.

How to make air fryer corn on the cob

Husk the corn and then give it a rinse to wash away any residue or dirt.

Place the clean corn onto the air fryer rack and then air fry corn for 8 minutes on 400 degrees F turning once in between cooking.

The Cuisinart air fryer is excellent and fits 5 ears of corn!

Once the corn is done it will be beautifully golden yellow. It’s cooked to perfection and ready to eat!

Grate fresh butter over the corn, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and sea salt.

If you want you could also sprinkle on some chili powder for a little spice or even make a Mexican street corn with this corn on the cob recipe.

We hope you enjoy this quick and easy corn side dish as much as we do! You can eat it with or without the butter. It’s so good!

What to serve with air fryer corn on the cob?

This corn on the cob would be a perfect side dish to our oven baked chicken breast and even our chili lime chicken!

    How to use leftover corn?

You can cut the corn kernels off the cob and then use it in any of your favorite corn recipes. It’s great for corn salsa, in a burrito bowl, or even mixed into a salad.

Hello. Trying to do corn on the cob. Does the rack go in position one or two? Thanks.

If you want it more charred go to the higher position. 🙂
