You guys love our Air Fryer Baked Potatoes and these mini hasselback potatoes are just as flavorful but in a smaller package! You can add your favorite seasonings and toppings to take them to the next level too!
Recipe ingredients and notes
- New potatoes – You can use whichever new potatoes you like, from yellow, red, or even purple!
- Avocado Oil – This is our preferred high-heat oil since it has a high smoke point.
- Salt – We use regular or kosher salt; you can do it to taste.
- Garlic – You can use either granulated garlic or garlic powder. For powder, we’d use 1/4 teaspoon.
- Parsley – We love to add a bit of parsley for garnish.
