Our perfectly seasoned and crispy air fryer roasted potatoes make the perfect side dish to accompany dinner without heating the house using a large oven! This post is sponsored by Concord Fresh Success.
We’re huge fans of our air fryer, especially for potatoes. I like to refer to it as my potato baker! It’s mainly used for potatoes in our house. I love making our air fryer baked potato, but when you’re entertaining it’s so much easier to make more cubed roasted potatoes rather than whole potatoes. Kids tend to eat the skin on cubed without a thought too! 😉
I found Concord Fresh Success Roasted Potato seasoning mix in my stores produce section and had to try it, we love our potatoes seasoned! This seasoning packet makes side dishes so much easier and you can use on more than just potatoes.
Clean ingredients: no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
All you need to grab in addition to the seasoning mix is potatoes and oil. You can use this for fries, baked potatoes, other veggies, we even tried it on some grilled chicken, it was delicious, so don’t think it’s just for potatoes! 🙂 Seasoning mixes can make things a lot easier when you’re entertaining or even for the kids to get involved. I make a lot of my own seasoning mixes, but like to try ones that don’t add all the stuff that we wouldn’t normally use. We definitely approve of the Concord Fresh Success product line. 🙂
how to make air fryer roasted potatoes
Wash your potatoes and then chop the potatoes into bite size pieces.
Use 1 tablespoon of oil to coat potatoes, this way the potato seasoning mix can coat the oil and potatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon of the potato seasoning mix to the potatoes.
Give the potatoes a good mix and then place into the air fryer. Don’t have an air fryer? You can use the oven also, but they will need to be flipped to get crispy all over.
The air fryer works in a way that the air circulates around the food. The seasoning bakes into the potatoes and they are so flavorful and crispy!
By using the air fryer we don’t heat up the whole house with the large oven and I can make a decent amount of roasted potatoes in our air fryer. I like to keep it to a single layer this way it crisps all around in about 20 minutes, but you could put more and shake it/toss in between.
