There’s nothing more exciting than baking during the holidays with my little one. We have so much fun getting into the kitchen and putting on holiday music as we make Christmas cookies, cupcakes, and pies!

We’re already in the holiday baking mode and we’re making all different kinds of treats. Sometimes it’s fun to get some already prepped stuff. I remember getting Pillsbury Holiday sugar cookies with my mom. They were always my favorite!

My mother in law recently made them with Kay for Halloween! She had so much fun and it was sooo easy for her to make the cookies on her own with a little help controlling the oven and the hot sheet pan of course. 🙂

Whenever we can make a recipe that she can walk mostly by herself, it’s a win for us! We always encourage her to be comfortable and hands-on in the kitchen. With the Pillsbury holiday cookies, she can make a simple cookie that looks like it was incredibly hard to make! 🙂

We could have simply just put the cookies out as is, and that would have still been delicious. However, we wanted to make them even more special with some Pillsbury Frosting and Sprinkles. Kay is so obsessed with sprinkles and wants to use them in every dessert recipe we make.
