We love these leftover stuffing muffins, so I always make sure I make a ton of the Thanksgiving recipes we love in them. Buttery corn, pepper, and parsley for sprinkles. Our full of flavor Sausage stuffing with Hatfield recipe essentials Sweet Italian Sausage, and of course perfect mashed potatoes on top! By the way, if you haven’t tried the Recipe Essentials Sweet Italian Sausage from Hatfield you must! My mini chef nibbled on the browned sausage plain like it was her favorite food and it was her first time eating sausage like this. It’s already on our shopping list to buy more. 🙂

You can get fancy piping the potatoes or you could simply spread them on using an icing knife. I tend to make my potatoes a little chunkier these days since we like them more rustic and that doesn’t make it easy to pipe. If you want them to be easy to pipe they need to be super smooth.

If you made our Easy Sausage Stuffing and had leftover, this recipe is a must make! How many times do you cook so much food on the holiday and then have a ton of food leftover? I think the only thing we rarely have leftover is turkey and desserts. We always have leftover mashed potatoes, corn, and stuffing because we make a ton of those! I learned early on that no one liked cranberry sauce and stopped making that one. My mom loved it so much too.

No that I have my own little one I love making fun kid-friendly food, especially with her on Mini Chef Mondays. She has a blast making and eating these muffins every time we make them. 🙂You'll gobble these up; our leftover stuffing muffins are an excellent way to use up all your leftover recipes from Thanksgiving.

You could even make this as a cake. Imagine a stuffing cake with mashed potato instead of buttercream and a drizzle of gravy instead of caramel?! You guys!! You can have endless fun with leftovers. Gone are the days where you just pop it into the oven or the microwave and plop it onto a plate. Create another delicious recipe from something you already have and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I personally wouldn’t use glass in an air fryer. 🙂 Please check your air fryer manual for their recommendations.
