    Mini Bagel Pizza

This week I have been craving pizza like crazy.  Since pizza can take so long to make especially when you want something right then and there these Mini Pizza Bagels really hit the spot!  Not only are they super easy and delicious – they’re kid-friendly!  I remember my mom used to buy the Bagel Bites in the stores and I wouldn’t touch them because they were just soggy and salty.  This definitely hits the spot for me! 🙂
    Mini Bagel Pizza
    1 Serving

    2 Mini Bagels
    4 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
Sea Salt + Oregano + Basil
    8 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced lengthwise

    Mini Bagel Pizza

    Preheat oven to 450.
Place bagels on a cookie sheet and top with mozzarella, seasonings, and then tomatoes.  Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bagels are slightly crunchy.  Enjoy!

You can do so much with bagels this is fun to let the kids create their own type of pizza.

What a perfect snack alternative to store bought pizza type snacks. I’ve been on a mission to use fresh ingredients and less processed foods, so this fits right in.

A few weeks ago, I have tried something much similar with pita bread, and it was really good! This makes me want to do a little grocery shopping right now. =)
