Sweet Baby is the size of a Butternut Squash!

Gosh, what a week.  I’m finally back after my little break that was much needed.  After losing my  third grandmother within 2 months I was just in shock.  Thankfully Sweet Baby is helping me keep my emotions under control, but it is still very upsetting.   This week I realized that Sweet Baby is massive!!  I’ll wake up with one side of my belly protruding out and the other regular.  So cute to see where she is.  I can see her moving everywhere.  She really is my sunshine after the storm.  God knew we needed this little blessing.  Only 11 weeks to go!
29 weeks pregnant

About our baby: Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. Her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and her head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain. To meet her increasing nutritional demands, you’ll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because her bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby’s hardening skeleton each day.  (summary and weekly image from babycenter)

About me: So thankful for this sweet baby, she is keeping my spirits up!
How far along? 29 Weeks 3 Days
Total weight gain:
  21lbs
Maternity clothes? Not yet, just bigger sizes.
Stretch marks? Just on by my scars from my gallbladder removal.
Sleep: Off an on.
Best moment this week:
My sister telling me that I’m the happiest pregnant woman she’s ever seen 🙂

Worst moment this week: Saying goodbye to my grandmother..  🙁

Miss Anything?  Sleeping on my back and stomach.
Movement: Yes! 🙂
Food cravings: Grapefruit, strawberries and watermelon!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Raw ground meat/chicken.
Gender: Baby GIRL!
Labor Signs: No.
Symptoms: Heartburn and extremely tired!
Belly Button in or out? I think it’s going to push out!   I can finally see the scar which used to be inside my belly button from my gallbladder removal.
Wedding rings on or off? Off.
Happy or Moody most of the time:  Happy! 🙂
Looking forward to:  Going for out 2 week checkup Wednesday.

So a 200 calorie deficit daily will result in a 20 pound
fat loss in a year. Then you certainly commence what’s referred
to as the “maintenance” period where one can devour ordinarily however you keep clear of sugars
and additionally starches. It aromatizes (changes) to
estrogen, a molecule proven to increase fat storage and decreases muscle mass.
