Sweet Baby 35 Weeks

Sweet Baby weighs as much as a Honeydew! 
Oh my, BABY bump! 🙂  Sweet Baby is thriving and growing more each day and I can actually see her move from side to side.  Hubby and I are loving every moment and constantly telling her how much we cannot wait to meet her already.  She wakes up in the morning with me and I look forward to feeling her little stretches and wiggles.  Our beautiful baby will be here in just a few more weeks!!!  This week I went to my job’s annual dinner gala and had such a fun time!  I had such a hard time finding a dress I would like and ending up going with a regular dress instead of maternity!  I can always count on Marshalls to find something I’ll love.  Hoping this will fit after pregnancy as well!!
35 Weeks Pregnant
Hubby didn’t want me to wear high heels and went out and bought me some flats!  Isn’t he the best hubby?  I’m the kind of girl who has all sneakers and one pair of go to dress shoes that are heels.  If I lean back I can see my feet 😉

About our baby:    Your baby doesn’t have much room to maneuver now that she’s over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew melon). Because it’s so snug in your womb, she isn’t likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times she kicks should remain about the same. Her kidneys are fully developed now, and her liver can process some waste products. Most of her basic physical development is now complete — she’ll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.    (summary and weekly image from babycenter)

About me:  Getting more anxious for baby’s arrival – and maternity leave!! Yay!
How far along? 35 Weeks 1 Days   
Total weight gain:  27lbs
Maternity clothes? Still just 2 maternity shirts.  Not planning on buying maternity clothes.
Stretch marks? I have some on both sides of my belly.
Sleep: Not much at night, but plenty of naps!
Best moment this week: Waking up from a nap to hubby talking to Sweet Baby.  His exact words “You’re so cute aren’t you?!  You’re wide awake while mommy is sleeping”  Melted my heart!  They’re my -everything-! 🙂

Worst moment this week: Missing my parents.  My daddy’s birthday was the 12th, and he would have been 50 this year. :'(

Miss Anything?  Medium Cooked Beef
Movement: Yes! 🙂
Food cravings: Citrus!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Raw ground meat/chicken.
Gender: Baby GIRL!
Labor Signs: No.
Symptoms: Bloated – well there is a full size baby in there! 🙂  Oh and sleepy!
Belly Button in or out? It’s coming out!
Wedding rings on or off? Off.
Happy or Moody most of the time:  Happy! 🙂
Looking forward to:  Next prenatal visit 🙂

    you look so beautiful and the dress is darling. I remember for my very first pregnancy I wear my husbands clothes all the way up until I delivered at 138 lbs and i was right back to my almost original weight within 2 weeks plus 5 lbs.
