    baked bbq chicken breast

This is one of our favorite quick and easy dinners. I use my homemade BBQ sauce over some boneless chicken breast and bake it in the oven. While that’s cooking I make mashed potatoes and a side of spinach for a green veggie. We always make homemade BBQ sauce and this is one of our favorite ways to enjoy it. It’s such a simple recipe and if your family is like mine you won’t have leftovers.oven baked bbq chicken breast

    bbq baked chicken breast ingredients:

    • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
    • 1/2 cup of our homemade bbq sauce
    • olive oil (I like to use a glass bottle that creates a mist/spray of olive, I own and love this glass one.)
