After picking a ton of peaches during the summer we love to enjoy them fresh, but we also make a bunch of peach recipes! Nothing says summer like a bowl of homemade Peach Sorbet!

Instead of using a regular ice cream maker we love using our GreenPan Frost to make it since you can also turn this into a slushy or soft serve in the Frost! Instant treats and then we freeze later for a delicious scoopable sorbet.

Lemon juice: Balances the sweetness and brightens the peach flavor. You can also try lime!
Sugar: Sweetens the sorbet and helps create a smooth texture.
Water: Combines with sugar to make a simple syrup.
Salt: Just a pinch enhances all the flavors.

Recipe Tips and Notes

  • Blend until smooth for the creamiest texture. We love using our Vitamix.
  • Strain if you prefer a silkier sorbet, skip if you like a little pulp.
  • Chill the mixture thoroughly before churning for the best results. It makes it quicker too!
  • If using frozen peaches, thaw before blending.
