Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip is one tasty no bake dessert recipe that everyone will love! All the flavors you love in a traditional cheesecake recipe are in this kid-friendly recipe no bake treat!
Summer is coming and no one wants to bake when the air is on, am I right? My mini chef and I love to make no bake desserts and no bake cheesecake is one of our favorites! We thought we’d turn our favorite no bake cheesecake into a dip! You can dip your favorite graham crackers into this taste chocolate chip cheesecake dip or if you want you can even dip fruit, cookies, or a spoon! 😉
This recipe is super duper simple and a great first recipe for mini chefs to help in the kitchen.
You simply place all the ingredients into a bowl and then mix it up!
We highly recommend using either a stand mixer or a hand mixer.You’ll need to whip the cream and cream the cream cheese and a gadget definitely helps with both of those.
Since we use a stand mixer we add it all right into the bowl! If you’re using a hand mixer you may want to first whip the whipped cream, then cream the cream cheese and then fold those two together.
We’re rebels and we love the dump it all in and go method. 🙂
You can use whatever addition you’d like if you don’t want to make a chocolate chip cheesecake dip you could make a strawberry cheesecake dip, a chocolate cheesecake dip by using cocoa powder, berry cheesecake dip, the options are ENDLESS!
You could even leave everything out and have a traditional cheesecake dip, nothing added. 🙂
My mini chef likes to eat this with chocolate graham crackers or even with chocolate chip cookies, because, yum! I personally enjoy it on it’s own, right from the spoon. It’s so tasty and we’ve even enjoyed it with sliced apples and strawberries. SO GOOD!

No Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip is one tasty no bake dessert recipe that everyone will love! A simple kid-friendly recipe, no bake treat!
- 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks , softened
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we use mini)
- Cream together the ingredients aside from the chocolate chips.
- Once the mixture is light and fluffy add in the chocolate chips, scoop out and serve.
