ingredients for turkey burgers

With turkey burgers, we add a bit of seasoning more than the salt and pepper we use on our regular air fryer burgers to give them a good flavor. We like using granulated garlic, granulated onion, parsley, worchestire sauce, salt, and pepper.

how much ground turkey for burgers?

You want to serve a decent size burger. Go for about 1lb for 4 burgers. Each burger will use 1/4lb of ground turkey. You could also use ground chicken and make ground chicken burgers instead if you don’t have turkey.

how to serve burgers

We like to serve up with some air fryer bacon, air fryer baked potatoes or potato salad, macaroni salad, and air fryer corn on the cob! If kids don’t like burgers, you can quickly whip up some air fryer hot dogs.
