Love this idea! Do you find the turkey burgers come out a bit dry cooking in the air fryer? (That’s what usually happens to me when I’ve tried making turkey burgers in the past).
I wonder if stuffing the turkey burgers with cheese would help? Curious if you’ve experimented like this at all 🙂
Thanks for reading!

Not dry at all, but another way we like to keep in the moisture is by adding some chopped red pepper and chopped onions. 🙂
Anne
What did you put directly underneath the burger on the basket? It looks like parchment paper. I am new to the air fryer club.
Thanks.
Courtney
Hi Anne!
Yes I used a piece of unbleached parchment paper. You could also put it right on the rack, but using it makes for much easier cleanup.
Diane
Mine didn’t turn out right. I added bread crumbs.
Courtney
Hi Diane,
I don’t recommend adding bread crumbs to burgers as it will take all the moisture and result in a dry and unpleasant texture.
