Many soup recipes can easily be adapted into dairy free soups using your favorite dairy-free products. For dairy-free milk, we often use Oatly full-fat milk or Planet Oat milk. If a recipe originally called for butter, we substitute with Country Crock Plant Butter. We’ve also tried Country Crock’s plant-based cream, and we really like it!

Many soups call for cheese and for dairy-free cheese, we love Follow Your Heart! For cream cheese we use tofutti if the soup has a really strong taste that will mask the taste of the cream cheese or Violife in the cardboard and plastic, not the tub.
Some recipes call for cream of soup, and well we have the best condesned cream of mushroom soup for you, too! It’s dairy free, rich and creamy, and perfect for any recipe that calls for a can of cream of mushroom soup. We use it in our Baked Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops and so much more!
